2003 Jeep Liberty Review
I bought a used 2003 JEEP Liberty Sport about a month ago, and I love it. The only problem that I had with it was that the back hatch would not stay connected to the swing gate. Fixing it was a long process. I ordered the latch to have it replaced, only to find out the part that was actually breaking was a part under the latch. My choices were to either have someone try to fix the part that was broken, or to buy a whole new window. I found out that the 2003 JEEP Liberty is supposed to have a remote to unlock the back hatch and swing gate, and I did not get one when I bought the car. I contacted the previous owner to see if she had the remote, and she did not have one either. I now have to find a remote for my JEEP to be able to use the back hatch.
Other than the issues with the window, I love owning a JEEP. It is just the right size for a college student that spends a lot of time driving. Now that I have this car, I do not want to own anything other than JEEP because it rides smoothly, and the gas mileage is not horrible either. I have friends that say the same thing about their JEEP Liberty. We would definitely recommend this car for anyone because it is such a nice car.
